How to solve problems encountered during the use of LCD splicing screens?

Author:admin / Publication time:2021-12-13

The LCD splicing screen adopts a unique embedded structure design, which can accept input from various image signal sources, directly drive the entire series of large LCD screens, and perform segmentation. After zooming in, it is displayed in real-time on various large screen image splicing walls. The processing is completely hardware based and does not require a computer or startup software, making it very simple. The image has no delay, no tail phenomenon, is naturally smooth, and the image quality is delicate. It can support up to 15X15 LCD screen splicing.

If there are some small problems with the LCD splicing screen during use, there are some commonly used methods that can be dealt with in a timely manner.

1、 Check if the connection between the LCD splicing screen and the graphics card is loose. Poor contact can cause clutter and speckles on the screen.

2: Check if the graphics card is overclocked excessively. If the graphics card is overclocked excessively, irregular and intermittent horizontal stripes usually appear. At this point, the overclocking range should be appropriately reduced. Note that the display frequency should be reduced first.

3: Check the quality of the graphics card. If there is a blurred screen problem after replacing the graphics card, and the first and second methods are ineffective, check whether the anti electromagnetic interference and electromagnetic shielding quality of the graphics card are qualified. The specific method is to try to install it as far away from the graphics card as possible (such as the hard drive) and see if the splash screen disappears. If it is determined that the electromagnetic shielding function of the graphics card is not qualified, the graphics card should be replaced or self-made shielding should be used.

4: Check if the resolution or refresh rate of the LCD splicing screen is too high. The resolution of LCD splicing screens is generally lower than that of CRT displays. If the resolution exceeds the manufacturer's recommended optimal resolution, there may be a blurred screen.

5、 Check if incompatible graphics card drivers are installed. This situation is often easily overlooked because the update speed of graphics card drivers is getting faster (especially NVIDIA graphics cards), and some users are always eager to install the latest version of drivers. In fact, some of the latest drivers are either test versions or optimized versions for special graphics cards or games. The use of such drivers may sometimes lead to the appearance of blurred screens. Therefore, it is recommended that you use Microsoft certified drivers as much as possible, preferably those provided by the graphics card manufacturer.

6: If the above five actions still cannot solve the problem, it may be a quality issue with the LCD splicing screen. At this time, please replace the monitor with another one for testing.
